One of the most important issues for parents is how students are guided through this process and how their academic success is supported. Here are the details of the student tracking process in The New Educator:  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Initial Assessment and Individual Training Plan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Students who are new to the OSSD program are first assessed to determine their academic level. This assessment is based on the student&#8217;s current course grades, English proficiency and academic goals. Based on the data obtained, <strong>a customized lesson plan <\/strong>is created for the student and it is determined which courses he\/she should take.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Mentoring and Psychological Support Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>In the OSSD Program, one of the most important elements that support a student&#8217;s academic success is motivation and psychological support. In the OSSD program, guidance services are provided to help students manage their academic concerns and achieve their goals. This process is carried out in cooperation with both parents and students and solutions are produced for individual needs.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Credit Course System and Academic Advising<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Students in the OSSD Program have a credit system of study and must complete a certain number of credits in order to graduate. Each student is assigned an <strong>academic advisor<\/strong> and advisors closely monitor the progress of the students. Course selections are guided to align with University goals.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Regular Tasks and Project Based Evaluation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>In the OSSD Program, students are assessed not only through exams but also through assignments, projects and presentations given throughout the year. This makes the student&#8217;s academic process more flexible and allows for continuous monitoring. Parents <strong>are regularly informed<\/strong> about students&#8217; homework completion and performance <strong>.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Follow-up and Feedback with Online Education Platforms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>In the OSSD Program, the education process is carried out through digital platforms. Through these platforms, students&#8217; attendance, homework submissions and academic progress are monitored instantly. Parents can also view students&#8217; performance and receive <strong>feedback<\/strong> from teachers through these platforms.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Teacher Feedback and Academic Reports<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Teachers in the OSSD program closely monitor students&#8217; academic performance and provide regular individual feedback. In addition, at the end of each semester, detailed academic reports are prepared on student achievement and progress. Parents receive these reports and are informed about their students&#8217; academic progress.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. University Preparation and Future Planning<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Students in the OSSD Program not only receive a high school diploma, but also professional support in the transition to university. Academic counselors guide students&#8217; college applications, explain which courses are important for which majors, and provide guidance to prepare a strong application dossier. <\/p>\n\n<p>In the OSSD program, students&#8217; academic processes are meticulously monitored to ensure that each individual makes the best use of their potential.
