What are the requirements to participate in the OSSD Dual Diploma program?
To participate in the OSSD Canada Dual Diploma Program, it is sufficient for the student to have completed the first 8 years of study.
In which countries is the OSSD Diploma valid at universities abroad?
The OSSD Canadian High School Diploma is valid worldwide. Under the Ontario Ministry of Education’s agreements with countries, the diploma has the same status as Canadian high school diplomas.
OSSD Diploma is recognized by universities in Canada, the United States, European Union Countries, Balkan Countries and other countries.
As soon as the student receives the OSSD Diploma, the student’s information is added to the common application system of Canadian Universities.

What should my English level be to participate in the OSSD diploma program?
English level is not a prerequisite for enrolment in the Ontario Secondary School Diploma Program. Students whose level of English is sufficient to take curriculum courses will begin academic courses directly.
Students with a beginner’s level of English first complete their English lessons and then start taking high school courses.
What grade can I start in the OSSD Canadian High School Diploma program?
You can start the Ontario Secondary School Diploma Program at any high school level. Ontario Ministry of Education regulations prioritize completion of coursework and graduation criteria. Therefore, you can apply in grades 9, 10, 11, and 12.
I am a high school student. I currently have courses from my school in Turkey. Can I count these courses for OSSD?
Yes! One of the most important advantages of the OSSD implemented by The New Educator School is equivalence. Our school is authorized for equivalency assessment by the Ontario Ministry of Education.
We evaluate the equivalence of the courses you have successfully passed in your school report (transcript) from your school in Turkey. If we decide that they are equivalent to the Ontario curriculum, you will be exempt from those courses. You will complete only 8 difference courses and graduate.
Is the OSSD High School Diploma Program an online course?
Yes! The New Educator School’s OSSD is fully online education.
With the authorization and accreditation we have received from the Ontario Ministry of Education, it is equivalent to the education received by going to a physical school in Canada.
You can take your lessons on your computer, tablet or phone at your own scheduled times. This way, you can arrange your day, vacation and class times yourself.
Will I go through the lessons on my own, will I communicate with the instructors?
There are educators at our school who will take care of you one-on-one, just like our other students.
Once your registration is complete, we will share with you a list of Trainers that you will be in contact with and systematically match them on the course platform.
In this way, you will not only be able to discuss your progress in your courses, but you will also be able to easily get answers to any questions you may have.
Can I enroll in the OSSD Canadian High School Diploma program?
Yes. High school graduates are also eligible to participate in the dual diploma program. Graduates are also eligible to complete differential courses and receive an Ontario high school diploma.
What are the characteristics of the diploma I receive after OSSD Training?
A diploma is awarded to a student by the Ontario Ministry of Education. In the Ontario Ministry of Education system, there is no distinction between online and brick-and-mortar diplomas. All diplomas have exactly the same status.
For which level of learners is the content presented in The New Educator suitable?
The New Educator is for high school students in grades 9, 10, 11 and 12 who have graduated from grade 8.
Which courses are included in The New Educator?
There are compulsory and elective courses organized by the Ontario Ministry of Education for high school students.

How are the lessons taught?
